Website use and how we agree the conditions for a project.

This website is operated by Halil Öz under the Saliba Studios brand in Istanbul, Türkiye. Saliba Studios is currently a brand operated by an individual, not an incorporated company. You can contact us at hello@salibastudios.com.
Website and enquiries
The website presents our work and services and allows you to enquire about a project. Browsing the website, selecting a budget range or sending a message does not place an order, create a payment obligation or form a project agreement. Service descriptions and portfolio examples are general information; project availability and requirements are confirmed separately.
Project agreements
Before paid work begins, the parties must agree the project scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, timeline, revision limits, responsibilities and acceptance process in a separate written agreement. That agreement identifies the contracting parties and any applicable taxes or third-party costs. Changes to scope or deadlines require a further agreement. These website terms do not replace a project agreement; mandatory legal rights always apply.
Cancellation and refunds
Project-specific cancellation and refund conditions are determined in the written agreement before work begins or payment is requested. This website does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or make an advance payment automatically non-refundable. Any applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and defective-service rights remain unaffected. Where consumer distance-contract rules apply, the required information and any necessary consent for early performance must be handled separately before the service starts. A contact enquiry does not waive these rights.
Client materials and cooperation
Only share materials you are entitled to use and information you are authorised to disclose. Please provide accurate requirements and contact details, and do not send credentials, payment information or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the enquiry form. Any access needed for a project, confidentiality obligations and responsibility for client-supplied assets are agreed separately.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, designs and code belong to their respective owners. You may view the site and share links; copying or commercially reusing protected material requires the relevant owner's permission unless the law permits it. Ownership, licences, source-code delivery and permission to display commissioned work in a portfolio must be specified in the project agreement. Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials. Third-party and open-source assets remain subject to their own licences.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam or malware, gain unauthorised access, bypass security controls or deliberately disrupt the service. Authorised security testing must be arranged with us first. We may restrict abusive access where reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but maintenance, technical failures or changes may affect access. External links lead to services governed by their own terms. Website availability does not establish a project uptime guarantee or support commitment; those commitments must be agreed separately. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how contact requests and technical security information are handled. These terms do not request marketing consent or consent to international personal-data transfers. Project-specific data processing and confidentiality arrangements may need separate documentation.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you.
